Before you start your trial.

What happens to my vault if I cancel?
You keep access through the end of your billing period, then your subscription ends. After that, your encrypted vault is held for 60 days in case you change your mind. If you reactivate within that window, your vault is restored. After 60 days, the encrypted vault is permanently deleted. If you want a copy of your information, export it as a PDF from your settings before your access ends.
Will I be charged automatically after the free trial?
Yes, your card is charged on day 15 unless you cancel first. We send a reminder email two days before your trial ends, so you have plenty of time to decide. Canceling takes one click from your account settings.
Can I switch between monthly and annual later?
Yes, anytime. Switch from monthly to annual whenever you're ready to save, or move back to monthly if your situation changes.
